And I have lived in different parts of the U.S. Are the other parts of the fruit used for anything? What about the sap? Can you freeze the pieces shown in the plate? And if so, can you buy it anywhere? What about Trader Jo's? (TJs has a more interesting selection of frozen fruit and vegetables, which is why I ask.) Also, I am curious about the nutritional content? What is that, for one serving? And what does one serving constitute? (i.e. how many pieces from the plate?)
